To other hosts with multiple listings..
I have a question for other hosts...Does anyone get confused when leaving reviews for multiple guests?? do you take notes?? I have several listings & they can be busy at times...sometimes 3 or 4 turnovers per week, per listing...If I wait a few days to do a review (& I always try to review guests)..I find my memory a bit confused...---was that the couple from Ireland or Australia?? were they the retired school teachers or round the world travelers...
Any suggestions on how you handle multiple guests? Sometimes I meet them only for a few minutes at check in & never again...If they don't contact me during their visit, I'm guessing that everything is going well...
thoughts??

Indeed, if you have that many bookings, taking notes would be the good way to go. I always take the time to sit down and write a review (no matter how long the stays are) once Airbnb reminds me to leave a review. That way, they don't pile up easily.

(Sigh)-- I used to be that way-- perhaps after 4 years, host fatigue has set in.

I have multiple listings (but in my house, not in separate apartments) and multiple guests, and sometimes only meet guests once or twice during their short stay, but I can easily remember who is who, and try to do reviews right away. If I don't know much about the person, and have little to say, I figure that at least I can comment on the ease of communication with them, whether they were polite, if they left the room clean, friendly, and/or quiet. For those I don't end up interacting much with, I try to give a short, positive review.

If you don't remember someone, that in itself is a good thing! That means there were no problems! ANY review helps. I wouldn't worry about it much. As a host, you have enough work to do. Just have some generic wording ready for any guests you don't remember.
