THere's been so much talk recently about multi listing hosts all over the world having their listings shut down - but I don't think this is what's happening, but nonetheless, one of my listings is no longer appearing. I don't know when it went dark as the last booking that I received on this listing was at least a month ago. At first I figured it was just bad timing with winter months, etc. I posted the link on pinterest and pushed the link out to various private inquiries, and two people came back and told me that my listing wasn't showing up. So into icognito mode on CHrome, and lo and behold - listing vanished. I called customer support and Tamara tells me - nope, you're wrong, I can see the listing. I bit my tongue and asked her politely to please look again, perhaps in a different browser. She did so, and agreed that she could not see my listing. So off it goes to the tech team, and that work request might as well go to Mars. So now it's been a few days and still no reply, despite two follow up phone calls ("we're still working on it").
So maybe it is the start of them shutting my listings down, but honestly I think it's just rotten luck on one of my most popular listings. I know that it's against TOS to list the same place twice, but I'm feeling like this tech issue will go into the abyss.
I take the input from this group very seriously, so I'd love feedback. Make a new listing and then de-list the first one that is not even showing up? I really don't want to have this studio apartment sitting empty for much longer...

Hi Maria Lurdes (Milu) - can you say which listing it is you don't see? I see 15 listings on your profile -- ( I went to see thru a post of yours on the CC) . Do you expect to have 15 or is that not correct? If you go to "manage listings" and see your listng as active and listed, it should show up. If it had been de-listed, it would not show up as listed. It might show in the "unlisted" section I would think. One way to check is take the URL of your listing, and then log out of your Airbnb account, and paste that URL in the browser address bar and see if you can see it. IF you see it , it is active. If you don't see it but it shows as listed and active on your account then I suspect a technical problem but not de-listing. All hosts who have been delisted have been told so from what i hear.

Hey Andrew, the listing shows up in my dashboard, I can make all edits - it just doesn't show up on the platform. Here is the listing: www.airbnb.com/rooms/1319292It defaults to the normal "this listing is no longer available" I do have a few bookings for this listing, so I've reached out to the guest to make sure they know it's a glitch. Yes - I double checked that I hadn't accidentally snoozed or delisted it.

I would de-activate it and make a brand new listing. You will otherwise wait forever for tech support. In my experience, tech support never happens, it's just a codename for nothing will happen.

I have never heard of a situation like this.
I suggest clearing out cache on your computer in case that is causing problems. If you can't solve the problem I would not deactivate that listing but just create a duplicate listing and use that., hoping the problem will be solved eventually.

I just checked just now and it flashes the 'this listing is no longer available' and then the alert went away. So it looks like it has been de-listed. If I were you, I'd create a new listing, but don't do anything to this problematic listing. Just make sure you sync the calendars between the two.

Thanks for the help everyone. I will make a duplicate listing and monitor it. I'll report back if I ever get a response from HQ.
