Guest snuck in a small dog!
How do you treat guests who agreed to your rules but violated it by sneaking a dog in the apartment?
Do you just get his security deposit or charge extra cleaning fee? I figured the damage has been done, dog has been staying for a week before I found out and they swear she's a trained dog who would do no damage blah blah blah.
reply Rehome them ... charge the extra fee ...
Reply Unbelievable that someone would violate a rule like no pets! You need to contact airbnb immediately and get them out of your house. And charge them for the deep cleaning that it's going to take to un-dog your house. And even then, you should probably let your next guests know that a dog has been in the listing. Someone was on the forums a few days ago with a story of a guest having an allergic reaction to a dog that had been in the apartment 2 months previously.
