A guest called and said she has tried 3 times to leave a review. She gets to the point where she marks the stars for overall experience and then can not summit. She gets a message that the field can not be blank. (It isn't.) Any suggestions? Any one else having problems?

Argh! SOunds very frustrating. I have not heard of that particular problem, but many folks are having a variety of problems with the Airbnb website these days. I suggest she try a different browser, or doing the review by mobile app, and if neither of those works, have her call Airbnb for help.
