Free Webinar: Dealing with a Difficult Airbnb Guest (encore)
Evelyn, a regular New Hosts Forum participant, will offer a 2nd run of her Webinar on Difficult Guests, this Wednesday Nov 4th, at TWO different times. To watch the webinar, register at the link below. Clicking "join" will not register you for the webinar, you need to also regsiter at the link below.
HEre is EVelyn's description:
"Sometimes, I imagine that unicorns will appear, and things will just work out. This past Friday, I responded to an Airbnb request to testify at the NY City Council Meeting. The City Council had already changed the meeting date several times, and the chosen date wound up happening on the same day of the webinar Dealing with a Difficult Airbnb Guest.
You know I care about you, and I didn’t want to cancel the webinar. I ended up doing the webinar at a loud location that airbnb was renting for the day.
Because it wasn’t one of my best jobs, I’m offering the webinar,“Dealing with a Difficult Airbnb Guest,” a second time. And this time, I am scheduling two sessions, so you don’t have to wake up at 4am!
You have no idea what I’m talking about? Read below...
In keeping with the theme of guests, October’s webinar will be “Dealing with a Difficult Airbnb Guest: From Inquiry to Review”.
They want a discount.
They clearly didn’t read your listing.
They keep changing the reservation, again, and again.
They think you’re their private concierge.
And that’s before they even arrive.
In this webinar, I’ll discuss the best way to communicate, manage, and review the guests you love to see leave or never had in your home
WHEN: Wednesday, November 4th
TIME: 11AM & 9PM Est
REGISTER: tiny.cc/DEALING
In addition to the webinar, I am offering another “Speed Round: Home Review,” my recurring segment.
Get quick, actionable comments on your listing! This is an opportunity for only a few lucky hosts.
Are your pictures up to par? Are the captions correct? Is your headline NOT selling your listing? Come on over and find out. You’ll be glad you did!
Happy Hosting,
Evelyn"
