Memphis Airbnb party dispute may shape STR rules

As I've pointed out before, it only takes one bad, out of control party situation to result in a whole set of undesirable STR rules for a city. Hosts who allow things like this to happen are destroying not only their own livelihood, but potentially that of dozens if not hundreds of other hosts.
