A condo owner is feeling helpless as his tenant is illegally renting out his unit on AIrbnb...and Airbnb will not stop this from happening.
This seems flat out wrong to me. I think if you are the OWNER of a property, you should be able to get the listing removed if someone is illegally subletting your place. After all, someone doing this can create legal and liability issues for you, potentially big ones. It is wrong for Airbnb to allow that to occur.
And you should also be able to easily get that tenant removed.
