Guest receives packages at your house, when you dont' allow guests to recieve mail. (USA locations) What to do? Well as many of you know, there are laws about US mail which require you to return to the USPS, any mail that was delivered to your home that is not for you. thelawdictionary.org/article/what-is-the-federal-law-for-opening-mail-not-addressed-to-you/However, what you may not realize, is that these laws about mail, only cover items delivered by the USPS, not items delivered by other companies like Amazon or Fedex. One of the drawbacks of bookings that come via Airbnb, is that you can't collect and hold a security deposit from the guest. And even if you could, Airbnb would likely not allow you to deduct from that for house rule violations. So, you would not be able to fine Airbnb guests for any house rule violations, which really is something that would be useful to be able to do, in order to help deter guests from repeatedly violating house rules, with no real consequence except you being upset at them. We know that scolding has no effect on some bad guests.
