Most of us when screening a guest will go to their profile and look to see what other hosts have written about them, if they have previously stayed at other Airbnb listings. But you as a host should not stop there. Many of us, when screening prospective guests, also want to see what these guests have written about their previous stays. This would help us determine whether they tend to be positive and generous, or nitpicky and whiny, for instance. Many of us will tend to decline a guest who complained about a previous stay-- particularly if the complaints are longwinded, or seem trivial, or indicate a tense situation. But how do you find the reviews the guest wrote, particularly if they stayed at a popular listing that has hundreds of reviews, and/or if their stay was years ago and buried deep in the hosts' reviews? There's an app to the rescue. In this article, host Seth Porges explains how to use a Chrome Extension to find guest's previous reviews: www.forbes.com/sites/sethporges/2017/07/27/all-airbnb-hosts-should-use-this-chrome-extension-for-screening-guests/#2e3437714081The extension is here: chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/airreview/plkdnpjpnhhnmigmekaocdfokkmebdnm?hl=en-US
