I was curious about this topic, since I've heard a lot of Airbnb hosts say "I don't bill for damaged linens, I consider it part of the cost of doing business." I tend not to agree with that approach, unless the amount of linen damage you experience is relatively small, and/or your linens are inexpensive.
So I did some online research to see what hotels do if their guests damage linens. Here's what I found:
(1) Guest was billed $262 for damaged linens.
