Airbnb is suing another city over their short term rental rules...
In a federal court filing on Tuesday, Airbnb claims that Boston’s regulations requiring online rental platforms to police their listings and share user information with the city violate state and federal laws.
Interesting that Airbnb is suing here, over the same issue they caved in on in San Francisco, New Orleans and other places. Maybe they see the writing on the wall that if they always cave on this issue, every city will be demanding that they police listings in that city.
