In this post, a host says that when the guest lied in their review, and the host had documentation to prove it (in Airnbb message thread) AIrbnb customer service told him that they couldn't do anything about that, because it is okay for guests to lie in their review. community.withairbnb.com/t5/Host-Circle/Review-where-the-guest-lies/m-p/839984#M7844(NOte this is on the Host Circle, which is a host group not open to those who dont' have an Airbnb account and aren't a host, so only Airbnb hosts can read this thread and you'll have to sign in on the CC to read it)
