A judge said that a racial discrimination case against Airbnb can proceed in Oregon, which has laws about discrimination in public accomodations. AIrbnb is arguing that host's homes aren't public accomodations. Interesting, because AIrbnb seems to be using the opposite argument to prop up its new policies that would keep hosts from seeing a photo of guest until the guest books. www.oregonlive.com/business/index.ssf/2018/10/airbnb_discrimination_suit_can.html
