Airbnb has an official, ridiculous policy that guests won't be charged for bringing infants. This is wrong, because that's not up to them to say. It's OUR business, we get to decide who is charged for what.
However, Airbnb is actually more flexible on this than they would appear, and in this blog they state that if you want to charge for infants, you need to put it in your rules:

Obviously, it should not be in a BLOG where they state this! But at least it is there.
