Another day, another tenant Airbnbing without permission

Well this is surely very common, tenants Airbnb-ing their apartment without permission from the landlord...., but when the tenant apparently doesn't even live there, and is just engaged in rental arbitrage, is renting out the whole place to a series of party-happy guests...well that isn't going to go well.

And if the landlord ends up getting fined or in other trouble (as this one did) because of the tenant's illegal subletting.......well that is even worse.
