In this video, you'll see our friend Rachel (Airbnb host) speaking at the city council meeting in Baltimore, as they debate short term rental regulations for that city. That's Rachel saying that no other business is expected to operate only 60 nights a year and sit vacant for the other 305 nights. Which is a very good point. We the host community challenge anyone to give an example of any other business where the government tells the business they cannot operate at full capacity, but have to be a part time business only, operating only part of the year.
