Another day, another Airbnb guest damages the host's home with a party: www.ksat.com/news/rental-nightmare-woman-claims-airbnb-guest-threw-party-caused-nearly-20k-in-damageAs usual, the host's first attempt to get help from Airbnb was not successful, but finally Airbnb did provide help. Why can't they do it right the first time? Why do we always have to read in stories like this that Airbnb didn't respond helpfully when the host called? Why would she need evidence of more than 50 people at the house? The reservation was for ONE person...why not just some evidence that there was more than 1 person there? A party of less than 50 people could cause serious damage too.
