No, they dont' have First Amendment rights to free speech in Belgium. And you can, yes, be fined for making sexist remarks in public!

While I don't approve of the lack of free speech -- and the test of a right to free speech is that it protects offensive speech -- I think it's amusing that someone who is a sexist pig could end up bankrupt if he shoots his mouth off in public too often.
