Cannon Beach rejects Airbnb tax collection

Cannon Beach Oregon rejected Airbnb's offer to collect taxes for that city and remit them in bulk to the city, saying this would leave it without the ability to audit the returns. They want to collect taxes direct from those doing vacation rentals.
