The lawsuit reads as if this company is not running apartment buildings, but something closer to a prison. They remove trespassing airbnb guests by security? They believe generally, that by renting apartments to people, the guests of their contract partners are generally to be seen as criminal intruders, if not falling in a limited category of barely tolerated users. I can understand how an airbnb party apartment can annoy neighbors. But thee is a vast difference between that and a middle aged couple on sightseeing tour. This rental company sees no difference.
I’m curious, if they get their order to forbid airbnb taking the listings pending the law suit. Local governments didn’t succeed for their concerns.
