Always thinking me, revised the please respond with your ETA and the phrase
Good Communication makes for Happy Hosts
Well that flew like that dead bat I spoke of, so I amended it to:
Good Communication makes for Happy Hosts and Guests
Zero can figure it out, or have done such, other than the ETA.
My idea was that it is obvious the guests don't give a rats ass about the hosts or their property, therefore the 'Guests' addition.
I don't care what culture or country, NOBODY (Guests) have figured it out and followed through as requested.
Good laugh for me, I shall carry-on as I have, leave it as written, but every time a guest actually types it, will make note to celebrate something special for myself.
If ya can't figure out the game, then perhaps you're lame.
That's my LOL of the day with that brilliant thought on Happy Hosting that isn't 365/24/7 babysitting without front desk, cashier, parking attendant, et al.
Perhaps the airbnb monthly newsletters are archived where I can see how the other host actually worded hers.
The other thing that I noticed in my acknowledgement email is the tax is bullet #3......only followed by my thank you and question of ETA.....better push that baby up to #2, as the ETA....paragragraph #2 is typically a "ya, #1....reservation confirmed, no need to read the rest."
Best part is it's Transient Lodging, not a flippin long term clueless room mate.
That's my update and humour of the day.
With much aloha to all,
