This guest found the (cheap) Airbnb listing that she'd booked to be unacceptable, and then felt stranded, while in the process of moving to Denver.
I dont' have much empathy for the guest...who apparently expected to unload a full U-Haul of her belongings into a really cheap room...when it didn't work out, she wasn't able to afford to stay anywhere else. It seems to me it's her low budget that is the problem, more than the host's cheap room.
