Airbnb made good on this incident -- and reimbursed the host. Sounds like he did not have to endure the maddening torment of being asked to produce receipts and photos of every single thing that was stolen -- all within 72 hrs -- which seems to be standard Airbnb policy designed to drive hosts nuts. www.cbc.ca/news/canada/toronto/airbnb-update-1.4049429

Maybe it depends on the monthly level of bad press. That said, I never had a credibility problem with customer service.
