And by the way, that's our own Jeannette, a longstanding member of the host community and the old Airbnb host groups.
This is one of the very first cases I've ever seen where hosts were able to push back on hotel taxes. Typically these taxes seem inevitable -- cities take the position that they have an absolute right to apply them to private homes, even though we are not hotels. I'd like to see more pushback against the idea that hotel taxes should apply to private homes.
