Do you have any friends who can translate? Don't rely on Google translate.

Usually Airbnb displays an "auto translate this message" option in the message thread. But if that option isn't appearing, you can copy and paste the message into Google Translate and get the same results.
However, I generally don't recommend transactions with guests when you can't communicate directly in the same language. Auto-translations often misrepresent important details, such as your house rules or amenities, and it's important that you and the guest are on the same page about these things.
Guests who write to me in Italian - with no indication that I speak Italian - are instantly declined, for being total idiots.

I have found SYSTRANet to be accurate enough to get by (link is below). You should however make sure the guest understands you are not fluent in whatever language you are translating. It would be quite a surprise if they thought you spoke Swahili when all along you were using translation software.

If you are using google chrome, click right and translate in...
Similar to google translate page, but you can stay in Airbnb and no need copy/paste.
Anyway, as Andrew said, resuls are similar to teh Airbnb's Auto translate.
In the other hand, Rosetta Stone is great to learn languages
