Hi,
I am ArbBnB host from Indonesia . I heard that in some cities government is cracking down the accounts with 2 and more listings so to reduce risks I decided to make account for each listing. Quite complicated hehe Always log-in/log-out and every day make a calendar for cleaners… Quite crazy. So I start to surf internet for the app that can help me to manage it. And found only airbnbmultichat.com The rest of the softs are property management software. So my question is have you ever used this program? Is it really helpful?

I saw a post on the Airbnb Community Center at one point, by the individual who apparently developed this software. I was incredulous that someone who apparently had developed software that would allow people to more easily work in a way that would violate Airbnb Terms and Conditions, would post about it on Airbnb!!
Airbnb doesn't allow users to have more than one account, as stated in the TErms and Conditions.
See this statement in part 6 (Account REgistration) of the Airbnb Terms, here: www.airbnb.com/terms
Therefore, it is quite risky for anyone to create more than one Airbnb account, since that is a violation of the TErms which could get you suspended from Airbnb and not allowed to use Airbnb any more.
There is really no problem for you to have 2 or more listings on your account, unless you live a city or region where that is not allowed and that city is working hard to stop this activity. Airbnb does work with city and state governments to try to remove illegal listings. Unfortunately, the misinformation has gotten out in the host community about this, and many hosts have heard that Airbnb is removing listings when hosts have "multiple listings." This isn't true and I think the use of the term "multiple listings" is also unfortunate. Generally the problem is having more than one entire apartment/home listing (as opposed to listing 2 or 3 rooms in one's home and/or various combinations thereof). And again, this is only a problem in some areas of the world, definitely not most.
I have not heard of any government crackdowns on hosts in Indonesia, so I think you are quite safe to just keep the two listings on one account and keep everything easy for yourself.

Thanks for your detailed info. Unfortunately, on Bali government also start hunting ArBnB hosts. I have 13 villas and apartments. A little bit scary to lost it. This is my first point. And the second one is I am looking for something that can help me to manage my business easier. So I don't need to log In/out all the time. I don't now yet, but It seems like using that program everything at the same place (one page). So I am trying to figure out about someone's experience about it or maybe there are other programs

In that case if your government is starting to "hunt down" hosts, it would be good to know what the government is concerned about. If the issue is having more than one apartment you offer, it will be hard to do anything about that if you want to run all the listings on your account. You might have to get others to help you and put the listings on other host's accounts. Property managers can set up accounts and help you, and then set the payments up for their accounts so that you still are the one getting paid for all the bookings.
