For the last few months, many of us have noticed that suddenly we cannot do these things on the PC version of the Airbnb site:
(1) Send a message to a guest (get an error message) (2) manage our listing (changes aren't saved) (3) block dates on the calendar (they don't save) (4) Change prices (dont' save) (5) send a preapproval
and more.
I have found that a solution to all of these problems has come when I "cleared the cache" on the Google Chrome browswer. To do this, click on the three horizontal lines in the upper right corner of the Google Chrome browswer page. Then click on "settings". Then click "show advanced settings". THen click "clear browsing data" and select "from the beginning of time" and then "clear browsing data." This generally results in all of the above problems being solved.
